Lauren Belous, DMD
EWC Founder
Lauren has always been passionate about dentistry, inspired by the positive experiences she had as an complex dental implant/orthodontic patient. This led her to the University of Notre Dame, where she double-majored in Pre-med and Psychology, as she had a first hand understanding that a great dentist would need both strong communication skills and clinical expertise. She graduate cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2012.
Dr. Belous then matriculated to Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM), graduating summa cum laude while serving as Vice President of her class. After discovering her enthusiasm for endodontics, Dr. Belous pursued residency training, earning a speciality certificate of Endodontics in 2018 also from TUSDM. Lauren then moved to Philadelphia to be with her husband, Bradley. In 2019, Dr. Belous achieved Board Certification, and is one of select few female Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontists practicing in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Dr. Belous is actively involved in teaching and advancing the field of endodontics at both local and national levels. Lauren is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She genuinely enjoys sharing her knowledge and collaborating with the next generation of dentists. Lauren also currently holds positions on the Strategic Forecasting Committee with the Pennsylvania Dental Association and is Chair of the Public and Professional Relations Committee with the American Association of Endodontists.
Outside of endodontics, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Philadelphia Eagles, exploring the Main Line and Center City Philly with friends & family.

Chiara Quick, DDS
Dr. Quick is an Arizona native that fell in love with the East Coast while attending Boston College. She was an avid rower in high school which brought her to Boston. Surrounded by some of the best hospitals and doctors in the world, she set her sights on joining their ranks. After obtaining a B.S. in Biology at Boston College in 2008, she attended Boston University for a postgraduate program in medical sciences. Dr. Quick then went on to obtain her D.D.S from the esteemed New York University. She completed a general practice residency at NYU Langone Hospital, a Trauma 1 center, after graduating NYU. During this time, she developed an interest in emergency dental medicine.
Dr. Quick practiced as a general dentist for 4 years prior to attending Temple University to complete her endodontic specialty training. She was the chief resident her final year. Dr. Quick became board-certified in 2023; achieving the highest honor in the field.
Dr. Quick balances her time in private practice as well as serving as faculty in the graduate endodontic department at Temple University. Dr. Quick is an active member of the College of Diplomates and American Association of Endodontics. She also serves as a COD mentor helping the residents obtain board certification.
Dr. Quick benefits from the knowledge of being both a general dentist in the past and an endodontist. She employs patient-centered care and works tirelessly to make her patients as comfortable as possible. Dr. Quick enjoys spending time with her husband who has an orthodontic practice in Wayne. They love exploring Center City with their French bulldog, Remi.
Shrey Patel, DMD, ML
Dr. Shrey Patel joins Endodontics of West Chester with a passion for combining clinical precision with compassionate, patient-centered care. Shrey earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology, with minors in Marketing and Chemistry, from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), earning induction into Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. He went on to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2023 and was honored with the American Association of Endodontists Student Achievement Award. Along the way, Shrey also completed a Master in Law (ML) at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
Following dental school, Shrey completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center (HUMC) before pursuing advanced specialty training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Certificate in Endodontics in 2026. At Tufts, Shrey was recognized with the Outstanding Contributions to Dental Research by a Post-Doctoral Student Award and the Dr. Arthur H. Pearson Student Prize in Advanced Studies in Endodontics. Shrey is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists (AAE), and has presented his research at the2026 AAE Annual Meeting.
Outside of endodontics, Shrey is a diehard fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, 76ers, Phillies, and Flyers. He loves exploring everything the city has to offer, from favorite local breweries to neighborhood cafes, and traveling with his wife whenever he gets the chance.

Supporting Our Community
Endodontic Care For Underserved Populations
At Endodontics of West Chester, we believe in giving back to our community. We are proud to partner with local organizations such as Give-Kids-a-Smile and the West Chester Community Volunteers in Medicine to provide free endodontic care to underserved Chester County patients.
